I absolutely LOVE how you set this one up! It's great!
I also think that it was a good idea to not draw in a mouth or nose- it gives the piece a simplistic, straight-to-the-point feel. Oh, and Tama's really cute!

Thats pretty advanced sounding stuff. I've never even heard of streamline before. I think I'll go check it out.

And yes, I really am The King of Idaho, Wikipedia it you damn skeptic!
Not convenient. But not trash either.
You know, modern day programs can do it pretty well now, especially Flash MX 2004 and Illustrator CS.
They also have some really nice new ones now that do that job and only that, but really well. I used to know the names of a few, but I can't recall them at the moment. Shouldn't be too hard to Google though.

And I really wanna try Illustrator, too. I heard it's good. I think I'll go download a demo.
But I'm going to steal the turtle and eat it because it has a cool sign and it's cute.
This is my advanced critique because I'm obviously so alert and focused now.
Oh, and my brother works with Adobe Illustrator and really likes it. Good once you know how it works 'n such. *is on Hour 22 of Learn to Use Photoshop CS in 24 Hours, and it's shiny and cool*
But I think the way you did it was waaaaaaaay, waaaaaaaay, waaaaaaay, waaaaaaay overly complicated. O.o
Learn how to use a brush and ink, and you could have this exact same picture in half the time. o.o
That, and I prefer traditional methods over digital.
Sorry about this being late. >.o
